House Rules

Welcome to Laketree Oasis! We’re thrilled to host you and hope you have an enjoyable stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please review and adhere to the following rules:

Check-In and Check-Out

• You may check-in from 3:00 PM on the agreed arrival date.

• You will receive a key code to access the property 24 hours before check-in time.

• Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please ensure timely departure unless an extension is pre-approved.

Parking

• Please park at designated off street parking.

• Please be mindful of emergency lanes and ensure they are not blocked under any circumstances.

• The property owner is not responsible for any losses or fines incurred due to parking violations.

Pets

• Pets are not permitted on the property, except as required by law (e.g., service animals).

• If a service animal is required, guests must notify the property owner in advance and adhere to all house rules.

• Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damages caused by the service animal.

Smoking, Vaping, and Marijuana

• Smoking, vaping, and the use of marijuana are not permitted indoors.

• These activities are allowed only in the designated area on the back patio, where an ashtray is provided.

• Discarding cigarette butts, vape waste, or marijuana-related materials in bushes or grass is strictly prohibited. Guests will be charged for cleaning or damages caused by smoking, vaping, or marijuana use indoors or carelessly discarded waste.

• Please note that the use of marijuana must comply with local laws and regulations.

Shoes Policy

• Please remove outdoor shoes and leave them outside by the front and back doors.

• Additional cleaning charges may apply for dirt brought indoors from outdoor shoes.

Guests and Visitors

• Registered guests only: No unregistered visitors are permitted.

• The property may not be used as a base for parties or large gatherings.

• Non-compliance will result in the guest being asked to leave, additional cleaning costs, and a report to Airbnb.

Cleaning and Departure

• Please leave used towels in the bathroom.

• Place trash and recycling in the designated receptacle/area outside before departure.

• Additional cleaning fees may apply if these requests are not followed.

Outdoor Grill

• Guests may use the outdoor grill at their own risk.

• Refer to the guidebook for instructions on operation and cleaning.

• The property owner is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use.

Damages

1. Please report any damages immediately.

2. Guests agree to pay for any damages caused that exceed the damage deposit.
